If you've never played before, you will need to enter your name under the leaderboard and click Add Profile to create an account.
If you're a returning player, just find your name in the leaderboard and click on it to begin.
On the game settings page, you will need to enter a positive whole number to set the range for possible numbers. You will also need to choose how many attempts you would like to have. This is to set the game's difficulty level! You also have the option to enable “too high” and “too low” hints for an easier game by checking the checkbox. Clicking on the images near the bottom lets you choose how you'd like the screen border to look like! Once you're happy with your customizations, click Start to start playing!
You will be brought to a screen that asks you to enter a guess. Once you are confident in your choice, click Submit to see if you're correct. If you are right, congratulations! You've just earned a point. If not, don't be discouraged! You can keep trying until your number of attempts reaches 0.
Whether you win or lose, you have the option of playing again with the same settings by clicking Play Again?, or you can exit the game and be directed to the homepage by clicking Back To Leaderboard.
To view your game statistics, just click the Statistics button next to your name on the leaderboard. If you click the Delete button, your profile will be erased along with your high score, so choose wisely! The leaderboard also shows the top scores of other players. Aim to be number 1!
If you understand the rules, click the Back button at the top of this page to go back to the homepage and start playing “Guess the Number!”
